Evolution error message in file and timestamp

While pasting a table the 2012 baseball schedule for the national league in an email to a friend, Evolution threw up an error message:

There was a problem including the file B7010749.10;sz=1x1;ord=[timestamp] in the message. Would you like to continue saving the message without this file?

Is this serious? I clicked OK and the email went to the recepient. Screenshot of message, attached. I'm mostly reporting this as an FYI for others. I'm pretty sure nothing got broken.
