Oracle VM VirtualBox showing error when setting up minix(3.2.0) in it.

Hi,

I have Oracle VM VirtualBox 4.2.0 installed in Ubuntu 12.04.
I need to use Minix 3.2.0 in it.

But when I start the machine for the first time to locate the iso image of minix its showing the following error:

Failed to load VMMR0.r0 (VERR_SUPLIB_WORLD_WRITABLE).

Result Code:
NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)

How do i get rid of this ?

I have the exact same problem with all virtual machines even the ones used to work before.
the problem also occurs with virtualbox 4.1
