at least let us set an automatic instant email subscription!

i've read that, but i am asking something else: to be able to set a preference for automatic instant email subscribing to our posts, just like we are able to change our password at <50 posts

A: The current version of the forum software does not permit us sufficiently fine-grained control. When the software upgrade happens we will revisit this, but not until then. Sorry
