New idea, make a web getlink down package and dependent to install offline

New idea, I want to make a web get link down package and dependent to install offline (update link every week).
After that, you can install with offline repo or direct

Have anybody like this ? I maked an offline tool, but it is so complex for many people, so I want to make database for lookup like a dictionary online.

I know a soft Keryx can get link and dependent to down offline but It get with it algorithm, not alway like ubuntu get, so my tool run in ubuntu use apt so get exactly links like apt, synaptic or ubuntu software center get to install.

I attached an image get link with Keryx and synaptic (from old ubuntu) to compare 2 algorithm

This is a beta web (have not domain, used 1 folder of my app domain )

I used ubuntu 12.04 original without install any package.
apt-get update (for get the lastest list of main repo - 38399 packaces)

get all link and depend to build a links dictionary.

You can lookup a package, download it and install by:

 cd <app path>
apt-get install --force-all *

Add guide to download packages with downthemall (add-on for firefox, run all windows, linux, mac) and check md5 after download.
