DGSweeper Help

There is a application called DGSweeper.exe which is very helpful to people who play a game called RuneScape. However, for some reason, it does not work on Linux (yes, even with WINE). I was wondering if anyone could get this to work on Linux. The link is here:

P.S. The main feature I want working is just the map capture (The most well-known function of the DGSweeper is it's map utility. Every 50 milliseconds, the DGSweeper will automatically scan to see if a dungeoneering map is present. If it is, it will capture it and display it in a great looking and re-sizable GDI+ window!). Any other features, while helpful, are not needed
