No, sorry I don't, but is the Mac software working? I love ubuntu but trying to install on a mac is complicated, so I just ended up running it in virtual box.
If mac is working I'd use that to recover the partition and then if you still would like to run ubuntu native on your mac I'd do lots of reading of the official ubuntu docs and this forum.
I wish I could be of more help.
Good luck
It was working on the mac os, but I formatted it and now it won't work. It's strange that it's so hard to install Ubuntu on a mac, after all, all macs have the same hardware! (or almost)
I'll try some more, and I'll just install mac os again if Ubuntu don't work. I would love it to work though, as I miss Ubuntu!
can you still boot your default mac OS in order to rule out hardware failure?
Looks like you're graphics chip is fried.
Shuttle AB48PN, WD Caviar Blue 320Gb, Pentium 4 OC to 3GHz, 2Gb corsair DDR333, Sapphire Radeon HD 4650, Acer 23" LCD monitor, Sparkle 400 Watt PSU.
Probably, but then I have to install it again, which I probably won't.
I got these error messages now, though:
drm: intel_parse_bio vbt signature missing
drm: intel_dsm_pci_probe failed to get supported _dsm functions
drm: intel_dsm_pci_probe failed to get supported _dsm functions
Bump.
Moved to Apple Users sub-forum.
Cheers & Beers, uRock

Thanks, maybe I'll get help here
Just wanted to say that it works now! I just ran it on the live cd first, then installed, and it worked!
