    Mobile Broadband - Ubuntu 12.04

Hi! I'm a new user and I would like to use my ZTE K-3565-z from Vodafone to connect to the internet.

When I plug in the device it will ask me for the pin, after inserting the pin I will be presented a new menu to configure my connection. After all be filled the mobile broadband appears on the network manager, but I can't connect...

    I really need some help...

    Thank you

I have a similar mobile broadband (dongle) but for the T-Mobile network. I have a similar problem when trying to connect to internet. What I find works is either to unplug dongle then reconnect after a few seconds and it should then recognise the device and allow you to connect. Or you can reboot the pc and once you log back in it should recognise the device.

I did send in a bug report but as of yet not been fixed for these devices. Hope my suggestion works for you.

I already tried that, all of that. It recognises the device... the device appears on network manager, but when I click to connect, it won't.
