Screen screwy. Help!!

Hey guys I have a computer I built and I'm running windows 7 pro on it. 64 bit. And so I installed ubuntu on it as well as a dual boot and I used it a few times but didn't really use it intensely yet. Now I try to boot Ubuntu and all I get is this screen. http://o2img.com/tda6Eg.jpg* sorry I have to use that link since im on phone posting this. What is up??

Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit. I also re installed Ubuntu. Same issue.
