I am facing a peculiar problem with 12.04. I have a Huawei E173 3G USB modem.
It is working fine with network-manager, connects to Internet correctly, showing data traffic on display, but the only problem is that, Network (Internet) is not available to 'Administrator' user other than 'root' user. I have only one user account on this system.
This is why those application have root access like Software Center and Synaptic can connect but none of normal browsers wouldn't connect.

Please help me, I am getting frustrated. What is the problem?
