How to auto login to console (Ubuntu 12.04)

Hi,
I have a home server that i'm using it as NFS server.
I want to auto-login to console as my user (or root).
It's not connected to the internet so i can't see any security problem and i don't care if it will create any..
I have to mention that i don't want to use X so i don't even have X at all, just console.

How can i make it auto-login to init 3 (without X!)
