    Removed Sound Devices

I have a message popping up each time I log in after I have added ppa:ubuntu-audio-dev/ppa as suggested by lidex in http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1712332. It says:
    Removed Sound Devices
KDE detected that one or more internal sound devices were removed. Do you want KDE to permanently forget about these devices?
This is the list of devices KDE thinks can be removed:
Output: HD-Audio Generic, ATI HDMI (HDMI Audio Output)
❏ Do not ask again for these devices.
I always clik No, but the message first displays a blank window, then it pauses for a long time, then it displays the content. Can I safely click Yes, or safely click "Do not ask again for these devices"? My laptop has an HDMI output, and support for it may be added in future.
