How can I sort jpg's by camera make/model?

I recently used Photorec to recover jpg's off a hard drive which lost it's partition info. The drive was a backup so I still have originals of my photos. My problem is my daughter copied her 60Gb of photos onto it and she's not sure she has the originals on her old, faulty laptop which she's left in Portugal.

So we have 100,000+ photos in 100+ folders which I'll need to sort using the camera make/model metadata. extract files without metadata (thumbnails, downloads etc) and extract jpg's taken by my cameras and phones which should leave us with her jpg's. Does anyone know of a graphical tool, linux or windows, which can sort files by such camera make/model metadata?

For anyone coming across this I got an answer on a photographers forum. Using Windows File Manager you can add columns. One of the choices is camera make/model.
