Question Ubuntu drive will no longer boot

Hello, I recently built a new machine with several different SSDs. I put Windows 7 on one SSD and Ubuntu 12.04 on another SSD. Everything seemed to work fine.

However, I then added another two SSDs, knocking the one with Ubuntu installed down from SATA3 to SATA2. This SATA2 port is controlled by my z77 chipset and so should not have any boot issues. However, upon restarting my machine, it goes directly into Windows. Even if I choose the boot order menu at my UEFI's POST and select the SSD with Ubuntu installed, it automatically starts booting Windows.

Does anyone know what is going on here and how I can fix it? Thanks.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

In case it matters, my specs are as follows:

    AsRock Z77 Extreme 6 Motherboard
    Intel Core i5 2500k
    16GB Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz RAM on XMP (4 x 4GB)
x2 Sandisk Extreme SSDs 120gb (each)
    x1 Samsung 830 SSD 128gb
x1 OCZ Agility 3 SSD 120gb (Ubuntu drive)
    x1 Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 HDD 1TB
