Does Nitro tasks app sync work for anybody?

I really like Nitro for managing the things i need to do but it isnt a great deal of use at the moment because I can't get dropbox (or ubuntu one) sync to work. When I try to sync it just stays on 'Waiting for Nitro to be authenticated...'.

Has anybody else got sync working or is this problem just one my machine?

We just released 1.4.6 an hour ago which should fix your problems.

1.4.6 is still the same. No difference whatsoever. If i run nitro from the command line, the only messages I get after clicking sync are:

** Message: console message: file:////usr/share/nitrotasks/media/app/js/plugins.js @1788: Connecting to Nitro Sync server

** Message: console message: file:////usr/share/nitrotasks/media/app/js/plugins.js @1792: Requesting URL

I would be willing to help if you could let me know how else I could assist in debugging the problem.

This is to mention that I have exactly the same problem as edm1, with the exact same output.

Version 1.4.7 has fixed this issue for me.

Hi,

I selected to sync with Dropbox but after granting rights I don't see a new folder created in Dropbox. The fact that tasks show in the web app means data finds way to web anyway but invisible. Is there such a thing as invisible Dropbox folder?? And whenever signing out from the web app, upon re-login I have to grant access again. I am not running the Dropbox daemon locally on my Ubuntu 12.10 machine. I have installed version 1.5.

Any ideas?

Update: found the folder at /Apps/Nitro
