Just Give Me the Beans!
So I wanted to dual boot my Ubuntu 12.04 LTS with the Windows 8 Prelease. I had Ubuntu installed first. I partitioned it and put windows on its own partition. Now when I boot them computer up I do not get a choice of what OS to go into. So that must have changed it to the windows boot loader. How do I get the GRUB boot loader back?

Once you've got it installed it's a one-click job to get Grub back.

I did wonder about that, but I know so little of it that I certainly could not recommend it to anyone.
