Where is gifsicle?

I just installed gifsicle, but can't find it in the Applications menu.

Where did it go, and how do I start the program?

I did it twice, just to make sure I didn't mess up the install. I also did a restart on the computer to see if it would show up. nothing...

Actually, gifsicle is a command line tool.

It's a command line program, it has no GUI, so it won't appear in your menu.

So is there an instruction manual or something somewhere so I can figure out how to use the program? Sorry to say, but just knowing that it is a command line program doesn't help me any. (I'm not good at command line stuff.) I didn't see any instructions available when I installed the program.

man gifsicle
