Ubuntu 12.04 - size of arrow pointer

    Hi.
How can I modify the size of my default arrow pointer in ubuntu 12.04 ?
(from small to medium or large size).
By clicking with right button of the mouse on desktop, I enter into "change wallpaper", where I find two options: "Appearance" and "Behavior".
No other option is allowed for changing size of arrow pointer.
    Sorry for my bad english.
waiting for any suggestion .... thanks

Install dconf-tools (installing this pkg will remove dconf pkg, its normal)

Then org-gnome-desktop-interface-cursor-size (default is 24, you can change it to suit you).
