Libreoffice keyboard shortcuts with different layout

Hello,
When changing the keyboard layout to anything but English (Hebrew or Arabic) the keyboard shortcuts stop working (ctrl+c, ctrl+v, ctrl+s, etc.). When I switch back to English they work fine.
I googled it and all I found was this:

I'm using XFCE as DM.

Do you have "libreoffice-gtk" installed? (Just a guess. I really have no idea how to fix that issue.)
