How do I add a link to "Report a bug" on Launchpad?

The "PiTiVi in Launchpad" page ( https://launchpad.net/pitivi ) has an exclamation mark next to "Report a Bug" sadly, there's no link for it on Launchpad. You have to report bugs via GNOME's Bugzilla. So how do I add a link to its launchpad page so that Launchpad knows where to send users to report a bug?

Even though there are CLEARLY bugs on Launchpad for PiTiVi: https://bugs.launchpad.net/pitivi

I think you just file a bug the usual way:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/pitivi/+filebug

Then include the upstream bug report (if there is one) in the description.
