cannot log in to google-earth server

    Hello World

When I open Google-Earth, I get a black screen & message Failed to connect to login sever
*Have tested GE from the repos & downloaded directly from their website.
    *Tried disabling IPv6.
*Am not behind a proxy server.

Wondered if this is an ISP issue, if theres anyone from NZ reading this?

    Finally got google-earth going.
    Like so
    Code:
    sudo gedit /etc/resolv.conf
Commented my default nameserver & added another two. Here is my resolv.conf file
    Code:
    # Dynamic resolv.conf(5) file for glibc resolver(3) generated by resolvconf(8)
    # DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE BY HAND -- YOUR CHANGES WILL BE OVERWRITTEN
    #nameserver 127.0.0.1
    nameserver 208.67.222.222
    nameserver 208.67.220.220

Which will be overwritten by YOUR DHCP server - where the original problem still is.
