m-search is a music player script that searches playlists on any system on the network. If more than 1 answer results, a numbered list of the playlist files is presented - enter the number and it will be played in order. To randomize, I use:Code:$ m-search thrash
m-search can be run from any desktop here. It forces playback on a specific system with 5.1 audio connections, dealing with pulseaudio weenie security by setting the DISPLAY as needed.Code:$ m-search thrash -r
It is an ugly script that should be cleaner. Arguments are completely positional. I'm not even using shift;
Really should re-write it in perl. It is currently bash.Code:$ wc -l ~/bin/m-search 53 /home/thefu/bin/m-search
xprop -remove _KDE_NET_WM_SHADOW
