Exclamation wordpress on ubuntu - white pages

So I followed https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WordPress to set up wordpress on 12.04 and everything seemed o be working, set up went well and nothing spazzed out. How ever every page I go to thats not a /install.php page throws a white screen. This means the wp-admin/ login, theme page - anything...

    ideas?

Have patience and don't bump your thread after just a few hours.

1> Have you run the install.php file, and was it successful?
2> Have you installed php5/mysql...and all the required php modules?

    Just some ideas

Yes to all those questions. It was right after the install that everything went white so I went and checked for errors and apparently it can't open the wp-header-blog because it doesn't exist....but it does. Its right in the same file so I can't understand why it's not working....

Apache is running, php and MySQL are working....
