    Downgrade to 11.10

I upgraded online to 12.04 but i have a very unstable/unusable system. Is there a way to go back to 11.10 without having to do a clean install.

Not as far as I am aware, you can save any dual boot info by using this method.

I used it after spending a few days trying to get the Upgrade to work and used the above to just do a clean install and save the Vista partition. Luckily I do not have much of a life, so the three days was not really lost <fx:gnash, wail>.

No, there's only a fresh install - and a fresh install is also the best option, if you want 12.04.
