    Question How to hide menu bar?

    I tried one theme and even after uninstalling it , all applications are showing menu bar. How can I revert back them default settings?

    I've attached the pictures..

    Update: I've posted another picture in reply, please have a look at it

    Hi Have you tried going to view/toolbars and untick navigation bar

    When you uninstalled the theme, did your indicator-appmenu package get uninstalled? also appmenu-gtk3 appmenu-gtk and appmenu-qt should still be installed also

    I've installed indicator-appmenu now. And other things are already there in my pc, but still same problem

    actually, im looking to do the opposite of what you posted in the last pic. Is it possible to not have the menu bar show at the top and instead show in the actual app, file or folder?

    Thanks for your support. Now problem solved after re-installing.

    May be indicator-appmenu worked?
