Red face How to Get Rid of an Uninstalled Java 7 Package

I tried early on in the Alpha to install a Java 7 package because I was having difficulties with Moneydance. Finally got it working great with Open JDK, but the Java 7 package never installed correctly and gives me a failure during every update. It is of course doing nothing and no harm except for the error message I get during each and every update and error reporting is always trying to send a report. I have tried several different methods just can't seem to expunge it. Any one had any similar issues/solutions? Thanks in advance.

Maybe you would like to try doing a complete re-install??

I am actually happy with OpenJDK. Since Java is going that direction anyway, that is what I want to keep. Just can't seem to purge the Java 7 package, which keeps trying to install/update every time I run update or install anything else.
