Dang! I live in the UK that's eight hours from your Eastern Seaboard time - like its coming up to 12.55am in the UK just now, but I guess along the Eastern seboard its around 4.55pm on 25.04.2012 where you guys are. I guess I got another eight hours to wait - better go to bed and sleep the hours away with some kentucky Fried Chicken an some mud critters... So-Long fellas!

I'm not sure how the daily build works, but I think if nothing goes wrong and everything works out, the current daily build will be the final build.

So, if you're impatient and want to do a bit of a gamble, you can download the current ISO from:
    http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/

Personally, I'm going to wait it out.

    It's not 8 hours, it's a 5 hour time difference.

    Ubuntu Releases

This must affect more people than me

What time zone is the Ubuntu release date centred in?

Here in New Zealand it's been the 26th of April for 14 and a half hours and I'm still waiting for Ubuntu 12.04

Likely the day after. Too many people trying to update or download will slow things down a lot.

It'll probably be some time tomorrow morning for us. One thing to keep in mind is that it can sometimes take a while for everything to propagate to all the servers around the world.
