Hi, I'm on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS. I've been working on and reading the help file off of virtualbox ose all day and i just can't seem to get it right.
I installed it, and now when I go to install lupu 5.2.8, it says that I do not have the dkms files, so I opened a terminal and installed the dkms files:
doxa@Gloria:~$ sudo apt-get install virtualbox-ose-dkms
[sudo] password for doxa:
Sorry, try again.

so this is what I got.
I have a few kernels installed. I do not know how to uninstall them and I am unable at this point to reinstall because EVERYTHING is on this computer now. I downloaded this program because it is long term support. The only thing is that I can't find documentation that makes for any of this to be easy.
I sit for hours searching for things and get five or six ideas, but then when it comes down to it, none of them work.
Could someone help me?
Thanks!
