    Record my desktop

I want to use this software, but every time I make a video, it comes out like crap. I have tampered with this software for so long, changing almost EVERYTHING and making a video each and every time with it, and I don't know what else to do. Every video comes out like crap, and I am thinking now it is because I don't have a high end computer. Here are my specs.
    Intel Pentium P6100 2.0 GHz
    Intel HD Graphics
    320 GB HDD
    3 GB DDR3 RAM

Here is a video of what the video comes out like. It's crap.

What do you think I can do (IF anything) to make the quality better for recording my desktop?

    Hope that helps

P.S. Your computer specs are more than adequate to record a desktop session

Thank's for this. It really helped with the crappy picture quality. Now I will tinker with the sound settings to take out the background noise. Thank's.
