    Pen drive working too slow

    Hi,

I am using a genuine copy of Windows 7 Home Basic OS and despite having installed all the drivers and internet security suite of a reputed brand, my usb 3.0 and other usb ports seem to be working too slow in terms of data transfer. It was never the case with Win XP. Why so? My pen drives (5 of them - Sandisk, Kingston etc. are just weeks old) seem to work too slow. There is never an error while transfering data to/from a usb pen drve. But the data transfer rate is terribly slow. Please help me, thanks

Re: Pen drive working too slow

Windows 7 off a USB drive has been known to go ridiculously slow.
    Just FYI.
