Sound blaster Audigy 2 no sound

I have a dell dimension 5150 with 2 hdds and ubuntu 11.04, and a SB Audigy 2. i can not get any sound.the bult in sound card works fine,but it cant handle good sound. the SB Audigy 2 works in windows fine.
