after upgrade to 18.04 Software Updater window resize does not work as expected

    I recently upgraded from 16.04 to 18.04.

While downloading updates in Software Updater, resizing the window no longer works as expected.

Under 16.04 resizing the window also stretched the contained list of packages being downloaded, allowing more of them to be seen and monitored.

Under 18.04 resizing the window leaves the contained list of packages at the same size (about 5), thereby seemingly making it pointless to resize the window.

Does anyone else see the same behaviour? Or is it just me? (In order to test this you will need a sufficiently large number of packages that need updating and a sufficiently slow internet connection.)

    Is it intentional?

19.04 behaves the same as 18.04
