ok i stumped
unless ur problem is actually that stupid hardware bug that every keeps calling it the linux power regression
then you have to install kernel 3.3 backport
remove aspm=force
its pointless
kernel 3.3 fixes the problem by emulating windows which is the non standard way of handling the aspm specs
here the link for the precise kernel and header. It might work. download both and install it
Boot into both to see if it fixes you problem, but you might have to install nvidia blob again if it is not set up properly
