1G of hard disk space disappeared?

hi. i have windows 7 on my machine and i installed debian in dual boot using manual partitioning method during the install. it looked like this before i started the actual process of installing:

    #1 primary 104.9 mb B ntfs
    #2 primary 794.7 gb ntfs
    #3 primary 104.9 gb ntfs
    #5 logical 92.2 gb F ext4 /
    #6 logical 8.4 gb F swap swap

so it says that swap will be 8.4 gb but now after i reboot the system after the install swap is 7.45 giga. how can it be????????

    Magic!
Anyway, you should probably ask at http://forums.debian.net/ or http://ask.debian.net/. Be sure to post some evidence, for example, the output of 'fdisk -l'.

    Best of luck.
