There are three local Jams in Canada participating in this weekend's Ubuntu Global Jam this weekend. That's great, but there should be more! And you can help!

If you happen to live in St. John's, Kitchener-Waterloo or Vancouver, it's easy: just join in the Jam! Here are details:

I'm thrilled to annouce the first ever Jam in Newfoundland! held on the MUN campus in St John's:

As usual, I'll be hosting a Jam at the Kwartzlab hackerspace in Kitchener, Ontario:

The Ubuntu Vancouver LoCo Team is hosing a Jam somewhere in Vancouver:

If you don't live in any of those places, it's really easy to host your own Jam! Just pick a venue (any place with WiFi and tables where people can work is good), get the word out (post here on the forum! tell your local LUG, subreddit, or just get a bunch of friends to try Ubuntu on their hardware!) and then show up and jam!

There are more details (and you can register your event) on the LoCo Portal: http://loco.ubuntu.com/events/global/1443/detail/
