Is there a dnsmasq init file?

I know that a lot of people are talking about dhcp3, but I am having an issue with dnsmasq. Specifically, although it would seem that I have all the files, there doesn't seem to be an init file for dnsmasq.

It is just me, or is there no init file for dnsmasq?

There is no separate directory, but there is a /etc/dnsmasq.conf, and my server has a dnsmasq entry in /etc/init.d.
