Hey can an admin delete my account please and if i want to get rid of ubuntu can i just delete it ?? or do i need to do an uninstall >

If you installed Ubuntu along side another OS like windows, you can't just delete it (Or did you do a wubi install?)
If you just delete an ubuntu installation, you will not be able to boot windows because you need to fix the MBR with the windows DVD

What kind of Ubuntu installation do you have? Wubi? Dual boot? Something else?
