11.10 Version Help?...

I really like the new version, but I was hoping to have the same classic look an easy access to all the Admin tools through the menu as 10.04 LTS. But, I can't find the settings to do this. Has this been removed or where is it located?

Trying to setup a Drupal Web Hosting using Aegir, but having difficulty setting it up. 80% of my fingers used the 10.04 LTS menu. Now my productivity as slowed down. Help!...
