HOWTO: Install Windows Vista Beta 2 (With Vmware without burning ISO file) On Dapper

Sigh... trying this Vista thing out on VMPlayer but it just stops on the progress bar finishes at the black Windows is loading files... screen.

Here is my .vmx file... any ideas what is wrong?

Has anyone successfully been able to install RTM? I can only seem to get as far as the splash screen on bootup, just want to see if I am not fighting a dying cause here by spending more time on it.
