The current state of my hard drive is about half partitioned for my Ubuntu home folder, and half for my Mac OS X installation. I did this with Gparted years ago.

Since I didn't need so much space on the Ubuntu partition in the first place, I'd like to relocate some of that empty space to the OS X partition. In effect, I'd like to cut off the excess of my ext 3 and attach it to the HFS partition (seamlessly).

Before I try this, can anyone attest to the possibility or impossibility of this? Or if any problems might arise?
