Exclamation Help! Homebrew computer powers on, but does not boot!

I am building a "waiting room" computer. This computer does not have a harddrive, and will be running off a USB stick. (it's for a waiting room, I don't need my guests to be storing files and what not there, just keeping themselves busy as they wait.)

To make things interesting, I built the computer into a Picture Frame (it's for a waiting room, it needs to look nice). All new components. Intel Celeron processor, Asus motherboard, 4GB of RAM across 2 sticks, CPU fan properly installed, Chassis exhaust fan also properly installed... just not 100% sure what's up.

I breadbox-tested it as I built. Tested the Power supply using the paperclip trick, everything is good. Tested power supply + motherboard (no RAM installed), everything good there -- heard 2 beeps, which tells me the motherboard can tell there is no processor or RAM installed (good). Then I added the processor & RAM -- Once I flip the switch, the machine powers ON for about 2 seconds, then immediately powers down.

I ordered a new front switch panel (Power/Reset Switch combo) from NewEgg, so I hope this is the issue.

Now I'm having trouble getting the thing to boot. After installing a momentary switch, the computer does not boot! I'm confused! Help!
