I honestly don't even know if this is an ubuntu related problem, but since i'm completely new to the OS and things haven't really gone super smooth so far i wouldn't be surprised.

When i try to view a youtube video the videowindow becomes almost half the size of the frame and positions itself in the top left corner. What is happening is the video is acting and looking like it's embedded on the site, but it's on a youtube page. And so, if the video is clicked it just refreshes the site. I have the latest firefox version and latest flash version. I have had some issues installing it, but it now says installed in the software center. I should probably also mention that i can't watch videos on other sites like The Escapist, so i'm guessing the flashplayer is the issue. But it says it's installed... :S

What do?
