NTFS drives not showing after recovering Grub2

I recovered my Grub2 as I installed WIndows XP after installing ubuntu 11.10 as my Windows XP crashed.
I used the both Ubuntu and WinXP before reinstalling XP and recovering the GRUB2

But this time the NTFS drives are not showing under the Computer in the left side list.

My Pen drive is not also showing when I inserting it into the USB port. I didn't faced any such situations before.
