    Reporting CPU Speed

Hello; I am going to sell my laptop on ebay and need to get some specs for it. the /proc/cpuinfo reports I have a dual core Athlon X2 QL-60 processor. It reports each core as 950 MHz - so does that mean I can legitimately quote this laptop as having a 1.9GHz processor??

    cat /proc/cpuinfo
