    Skipping Audio from Samba shares

    I have music on a server which I have mounted on my laptop. When I use Nautilus to mount the share and play music from Totem, there is no skipping. When I use /etc/fstab (CIFS) to mount the Samba share, the music in Totem skips. Any tips?

    Also, when I play from a Windows computer (tested XP and 7), there is no skipping.
