kopete yahoo webcam

Hello,

I've scoured the forums and have found people having issues with kopete from years ago but nothing recent...

Mine is that I get webcam video in the kopete configuration window but when i try and use it with yahoo plugin, it tells me its unavailable.

Is this typical? Might there be any remedies?

Can't say. My Kopete with Yahoo IM works fine on my HP laptop with built-in webcam, and has since Lucid. (I currently use Kubuntu Lucid and Kubuntu Natty).

I haven't tried it on Kubuntu Ocelot, though.
