    Can't change encoding in gedit

    Hi!
    Have the next problem. I'm ukrainian user and have a problem with encoding when open in gedit files, which have been changed in Windows.

    I have found the solution(sorrt that it is on russian).

    But appear other problem: I don't have branch /apps/gedit-2/preferences/encodings. I have only:
    /apps/gedit-2/preferences/ui
    /apps/gedit-2/preferences/editor
