GS version that lp is using

Hello. I am trying to print a document that has error when printing with the lp command and ghostscript 8.71. The bug is corrected in ghostscript 9.06. I installed the 9.06 version and I can convert files. If I enter the command gs -v I get that the installed version is the 9.06. But the printed document has errors yet.

I read the log of cups and it says that Ghostscript 8.71 is getting the error.... How can I do that the lp command use the 9.06 and not the 8.71?
