    Code:
    sudo apt-get install app-you-want-to-install
However, if you are not connected to the internet it will fail.

    More details will help.

I got all my experience by trying to do one thing, failing, searching on forums, succeeding. What do you want to do? When you know it, search in forums and learn. After a while you're like a ninja with your computer. Just try.
