    Clear GEDIT find text history

You know that little dropdown where it shows you everything you typed to find before? How to clear it else than reinstall ubuntu?
I'd also like to know how to clear the recently opened file list too.

Re: Clear GEDIT find text history

After clearing or editing the find text history with gconf-editor (Configuration Editor from the Applications menu), if you had gedit running while you did so, you'll have to restart gedit for the changes to take effect.
