Any reason why banshee is constantly downloading (at about 7.5Kbs) from the internet, when playing local library - i.e. not streaming anything?

I've turned off the internet within banshee's preferences, and internet drops to zero, so it's definitely something in banshee - surely last.fm scrobbling doesn't involve downloading so much data?
